Purchased for my son, he loves it. Looks like the photo. Fit seems fine, seems functional and appears to be relatively well made. I washed it before in as it had that neoprene plastic feel and smell. The nose holes to breath are everywhere the nose is on the top. My son said it was easy to breath with it on. The velcro on the back was adjustable. He desires it was a total head balaclava very than a half mask.

This works well. I only be inflicted with two complaints: initially, the velcro faces my narrow section and scratches me sometimes; following, if you are borderline between sizes, get the next size up.
