Out on your motorcycle on a cool or cold day with your neck exposed, you will be cold. This very set alight and thin polyester tube gives you so much cold ride out comfort - it is just crazy good. I had one before to and lost it so I bought this one before to a three day ride into Virginia's mountains. It is the alteration between enjoying the ride and just life cold. I really like the Motley Tube. If you're looking for genuine cold weather riding gear, use common sense and get something heavier (a Schampa neck gaiter, for occasion) but in cool to hot conditions this thing is great. It prevents chaffing from jacket collars. It will prevent approximately air flow around the jacket collar. You can soak it in water (wring it out) and wear it around the neck for cooling. It also, for me, prevents my dirty helmet from soiling my shirt collar when I'm riding to work. It is very soft and comfortable.Though you can certainly use this as a great layer in cold weather, it is NOT a gray garmet that "stands alone" in cold weather and must not be purchased for that purpose. For cool to hot conditions, looks and versatility the Motley Tube works very well.

This blue is only one of its kind (looks just so as pictured). I love the paisley stylishness and think the thickness, part and material is perfect. I rated it with 4-stars since the cost is too high for just one tube (still more reasonably priced than Buff, and the quality is just as good). There are additional options on Amazon (i.e. 6 packs) that are less expensive than this package of 1, but still have clad quality and design. I hope ZANheadgear comes out with more Paisley affect options and lowers their price a bit.
