will keep family warm. needs some repair work. two made known of 3 hats started coming apart when they got put on. not worth the hassel of trying to restore them. will try to think it over what i can do to repair them. the seller seemed nice. just dont like handling returns as any restore is usually more problems than its worth so i did not contact the seller.

I got this item for my son for Christmas. Two days later we went skiing in less than ideal circumstances - blowing snow, with temperatures close to zero, when factoring in wind chill. The balaclava performed beautifully and allowed him to do a lot of skiing lacking getting frostbit!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas as he is a tow car driver in North Dakota. This is advertised on this page as good for the coldest weather. Epic fail. If the coldest weather is above zero you force be okay save for as it gets water supply not more than zero and thats what I know as the coldest weather then it is flawed exposure. The norm temp were we are is not more than zero with a windchill down not more than -20 degrees. I would restore save for as it has been veteran in this weather and worn I am not able to. The release thing that held true was it wicked away the dampness starting his head.SO unless you plan on wearing many layers with this it does not hold true that facility in the coldest weather.

I was under the impression including the intention of the mask would be through of thicker, and radiator equipment. I wore it in the cold, keep for not so far under 30 degrees. We will think it over how it holds up.
